The feed bag
Since I am suffering KILLER insomnia I will start the feed bag for yesterday!
All my vitamins and fluids.
B: 1/6 of an IHOP omelete. very tasty and probably very bad. But, it did have eggs, cheese, and veggies. NO MEAT! and about 4 bites of a pancake with sugarfree syrup.
s: none
L: 1/2 turkey and peperjack cheese
s: a brusters SG, FF chocolate ripple cone. YUMMY!

Me too with the insomnia! It must be Frederick thing, LOL. I didn't know Bruster's had fat free ice cream! What is SG? Sugar free?
That omelette sounds great and very healthy. It's not bad to enjoy your food!
I have to go get groceries today because it's bare here in my kitchen.
I never realized how much I use ziploc bags until I ran out of them!

Yesterday:
B- I just had coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda
L- 2 tablespoons of yellow rice, 1/4 cup of beans and 1 small baked chicken thigh
1 reeses peanut butter cup
D- PB & J on whole wheat, 4 oz of 2% milk
S- 1 scoop or vanilla ice cream on a cone
Not so great with my protein intake but today is a new day!
