Yesterday:

B- 12 oz Coffee 2 small pancakes with sugar free syrup

L- 1 whole wheat slice of bread with 3 oz tuna fish (lettuce, tomatoe, mayo and green peppers)

D- baked Chicken thigh, 1/4 cup of corn 1 small sqaure of corn bread 

S- South Beach Cinnamon Raisin protein bar (10 grams of protein)
1 1/2 cups of watermelon

All my water and all my vitamins

good morning Cira!

yesterday I had

b - 3 strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - left over baked chicken tenderloins which I immediately back up...so I had a protein shake LOL i guess i can't do leftovers.
s - Protein shake
d - greek yogurt with kashi

all my vits and fluids

Good morning Aaron!!

I noticed one thing about eating when I am busy or around others. If I don't pay mind of how slow I eat i will get something stuck and get sick.  I remember when the kids were always talking to me during my meals I had to tell them that I needed quiet time so i could concentrate in my eating. I got sick less!  I don't think it is eating leftovers.. maybe a little too fast or too dry...

I am sorry you got sick and I hope today is a better day for you!

Today so far:
one cup of coffee, half a small bowl of honey nut cheerios
snack 12 ounces of a protein drink
lunch: egg salad-getting ready to eat it...have a bit of a headache from not eating today...

Hello Char,

When I was doing the monthly supervised visits with my surgeon and nutritionist. She always told me to have a good breakfast that will keep you going.
So 1 egg, 1 toast, cheese, 1 piece of fruit and a coffee and you will be great.  The honey nut cheerios with milk is full of carbs and it will only make you more hungry.  Then with a protein drink that will definitely curb your appetite. 
I always suffered from headaches when I was hungry too it was never pretty. I would be grouchy like heck. lol
