OMG GIRL...you are such a dork!!!! LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Put your darn pic back up!!!! Silly girl! Had so much fun with everyone last night between group, the workout stuff and dinner after it was great! Kell and I are gonna chill at the beach on Sunday so we'll put our heads together ('cause us combined makes one brain! LOL) and think of a fun outing between meetings. It'll be a good way to 'learn' how to eat out after WLS.....it's not easy! BTW You are doing great girl! Be very proud of yourself!!!

Yes the next meeting is Monday August 25th. It all depends on when the library gives me the space. Sometimes it is once a month or i get lucky and get twice a month. I can send you the list of dates to your email that way you have them. And I also post them on here.

Again I want to thank everyone for last night. I would encourage anyone who has had surgery or wants to have surgery to attend the meetings. They are informative, fun and everyone is soooo nice (where else can you find a place that everyone there understands what you are going through?)

Chris and I cannot wait for the next one.
