b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
s - protein shake
l - greek yogurt with kashi
s - protein shake
d - baked chicken tenderloins (I had 1 1/2 of the tenderloins....maybe 3 ounces at best) first time I had real cooked chicken at my house since surgery! filled up quick on it though.

all my vits and liquids.
