Hope you have a wonderful bday, Helen!!!  Have fun in Fells Point and remember, urinating in public is against the law!!! 

And DON'T think that way about eating good - you'll still eat good post-op, you'll just make better choices.

L - 4 crackers, 1 oz grilled chicken, 2 cracker cuts
S - NSA manderin oranges
D - 1/2 a chicken breast and a couple of bites of protein bars (we tasted some at Support Group)

I ran into GNC before the meeting and picked up 3 pure protein bars:  strawberry shortcake, blueberry crumb and peanut marshmello eclipse and a Detour bar, something peanut butter (this one was yuck) - stay away!!!

I liked the strawberry shortcake and the blueberry crumb.

Good morning

B- 12 oz Coffee ndc & splenda, 1 slice whole wheat bread and 1 tbsp cream cheese
 
L- 3/4 cup of homemade spaghetti & meatsauce

S- 12 oz coffee non dairy creamer, splenda

D- Kraft 1/2 cup of mac & cheese & 3 chicken nuggets

S- 2 cups of watermelon (not at one sitting)

(near to bedtime)    1 slice of whole wheat bread and tuna fish

Glad to see you are eating again.

As for me I got all my fluids and meds

B:  1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich

S:  Cashews

L:  Orange, greek yogurt

s:  10 mini pretzels

D:  1 rib, a slice of cheese
