I ran into GNC before the meeting and picked up 3 pure protein bars: strawberry shortcake, blueberry crumb and peanut marshmello eclipse and a Detour bar, something peanut butter (this one was yuck) - stay away!!!

Good morning
B- 12 oz Coffee ndc & splenda, 1 slice whole wheat bread and 1 tbsp cream cheese
L- 3/4 cup of homemade spaghetti & meatsauce
S- 12 oz coffee non dairy creamer, splenda
D- Kraft 1/2 cup of mac & cheese & 3 chicken nuggets
S- 2 cups of watermelon (not at one sitting)
(near to bedtime) 1 slice of whole wheat bread and tuna fish
