Good morning everyone!
Need to kick myself back in gear so I can shed these last two pounds to reach my goal.
Yestersday I was out and busy so my choices were not good.
B- 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & vanilla s/f creamer 1 slice of whole wheat bread with 1 slice of american cheese
L-3/4 of a double cheese burger from McDonalds & 10 fries
S-Large vanilla iced coffe from McDonalds
D- 2 small slices of cheese pizza (pizza hut)
S- 1 square of home made corn bread with butter
All my vitamin and all my water...

No more forgetting to eat Ms. Lisa!!! Did you have your vitamins? Those are so important take them all the time.
How about your fluid intake? I had a lot of trouble meeting my fluid intake until I turned 1 year out. It's important to write it down to make sure you and doing good with your intake.

What you did 40 oz? That is FANTASTIC!! I never got to 40 until I was almost 8 months post op I had a real hard time with it. You are doing great! Just add another ounce to that total every few days you will get there.
