Okay, so I've eaten horribly, or not at all in the past 2-3 weeks, and I am SLOWLY getting back on track - to the extent that my pouch will let me - it doesn't seem to like ANYTHING lately.

So tell me, what are YOU eating?

Here's my meals for yesterday.
B - 2 pcs of Turkey
L - 4 crackers, 1 slice ham, 1 pc cheese
D - Banana w/peanut butter, about 6 barbeque fritos & a sf fudgesicle
S - Yogurt

All my fluids and vitamins

B: Greek yogurt and cherries

S:  SF,FF, latte

L:  1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich

S:  cheese stick

D:  salad with grilled chicken

I read all these and think OMG is this all I'm going to be eating soon.  It's so hard to believe.

I think yesterday I had a meeting int he morning which messed up my eating schedule.....it seems like I was eating all day but it was all my normal stuff

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
s - protein bar
l - greek yogurt with kashi
s - protein bar and a protein shake
d - scrambled eggs with two veggie sausage links (almost time to crack open the real chicken I have in my freezer!!!!)

was way off on liquds but got my vits in.
