WEDNESDAY EXERCISE
We're doing great Maryland! The responses to the first two exercise posts this week were most encouraging, lets keep up the good work. The weather has been absolutely beautiful, I hope it sticks around for a while - like, forever.
What are you doing to get the blood moving today? For me, its a 4 mile walk as I try to get my endurance back up to where it was before my three week hiatus.

Hey Andy!!! I finally got my gym outfit with me and I'm going to get my butt in the gym tonight! What's planned? Well since I've been out of it, I can't start with what I left off with so I'm going to do 2 sets of 30 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5 instead of 3.0 and then start working on these flabby arms of mine!

Pool at the YMCA 1 1/2 hours (I didn't have any kids or husband home waiting on me) Did some stretches and water aerobics first and then swam laps.
I didn't feel all that great when I got in the pool (stomach queezy), but when I got out I felt really strong. I love that feeling. Accomplishment!
I really think the pool thing is the best thing for me.
