3+ THINGS FOR WEDNESDAY

BUT IT FEELS LIKE MONDAY TO ME!!!  WAAAAH!!!

Hey everyone!  First of all, thank you SO much for your calls, emails and posted good wishes for my Dad.  He came home yesterday afternoon, and so far, SEEMS to be accepting of the changes he needs to make.  We'll see.  At dinner last night, he reached for the salt shaker, looked at me and put it down.  I said, "It's okay, Dad, we replaced it with No Salt, you can use some, but try to get used to NOT using any."  He used just a little, but did eat a good dinner.  He also said that he's going to try to start walking Happy, which'll make Happy happy!!  So, keep your fingers crossed.  He's going to have a tough time with some tests and new doctors the next couple of weeks.  So......if Happy and I show up on your doorstep, you'll know it got to be too much for us!!

So for today, I'm grateful for:

1.  Dad's home - 'nuff said.
2.  Pepcid - Thank you, Aaron!!!
3.  My friends - who never seem to forget me and mine and let me know they miss me when I'm not on the boards!!

I am really grateful too:

1.) I start physical therapy tonight and I want to get on a treadmill, I am sure that will go over like a fart in church but I can still try.  Really this swelling needs to go away.  I am excited about this.

2.) The weekend is almost here and I miss the sun. 

3.) My sisters....... I can never say enough about them.  They are my soul!

4.) Work today is going to be nuts but I love it and it makes the day go fast.

I am so glad to hear your dad is back home. keeping my fingers crossed he makes some changes for his health. i know how hard it is to do that, for whatever reason.

1. i have off friday and really need it

2. going to six flags for big brothers big sisters w/ my little sister ashley and hubby on sunday.

3. my bed and covers. do i need to say more?

Thanks for your good thoughts for Dad!!  Yep, it'll be hard, but he has two grandchildren who want their Pop-Pop around!! 

Oooooohhh, Six Flags sounds like so much fun!!!!  Have a blast!!

I'm right there with ya on the bed - give me a cold, dark room and a down comforter and I'm a happy girl!!!

Tia:  so glad your Dad is home and sounds like he will be making the changes he needs to make.  I have a sofa bed ready for you and Happy if need be.

1.  My Bare Minerals :  didn't put it on yesterday and I really missed it : especially when at the repair shop everyone there was a Man.  Only took me two days to feel naked without it.

2.  That my bowling league starts again in a couple weeks  -  just once a week but
the emails about season startup are coming and I just spoke to one of my teammates
on the phone :  been with a couple weeks since I talked to him and it was just a nice
start to my day.

3.  My exercise is back to everyday  WOOHOO   and its working :  lost 5 Lbs. since
August 1st.

Why didn't I put it on :  well I had a 7:30 appointment at the lab-  and I had to drink
32 ounces of fluid so I had a full bladder :  I just had a rough start to the morning.

I was just on the run all day :  got everything done that I wanted to though
