Eric's protein drink recipe
so I am innocently drinking my protein drink for dinner...and eric says to me, can I have a taste, after tasting it, he says that's good but you know what would be better...and he proceeds to give me this recipe
In a blender put 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder 1 shot of kaluha A large of scoop of ice cream of choice A teaspoon of crème de menthe Chocolate syrup to taste Fill with ice cubes grind into a slurpy consistency and drink to your health

GIRL, if you go to the divinci syrup website, one of the flavors they have is kaluah.....i am sooooooo tempted to order some of the yummy sounding flavors i haven't seen in the store. i already get the sf caramel and sf vanilla from walmart and add them to my protein drink i make with coffee, sf vanilla caramel coffee mate, the syrups and ice....yummy
LOL he sounds like a smart@$$ and that cracked me up. But seriously, with the crushed ice, a little plain yogurt or carb smart frozen yogurt, splenda and some sugar free syrup in the flavor you prefer it could be just as good. Alcohol free, of course!
