I know not many are really interested in this thread. But I am going to continue to be accountable to myself and continue posting it when I can.
Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee, ham & cheese on whole wheat bread
L- Protein bar, 12 oz coffee later on some doritos like 8 triangles
D- 3/4 cup of homemade spaghetti with groundbeef in the spaghetti sauce.
S- The last banana moon pie in the house OMG.....
a string cheese,
Stress eating sucks big time. I had ll my water and all my vitamins.

Did okay until I has a 2nd dinner last night, so here goes:
B: 1 oz turkey, 2 saltines, 1 cracker cut (cheese)
S: 1/2 protein bar
L: 2 saltines, 2 cracker cuts, 1 oz imitation crab, sf pudding
D: 1/2 cup spaghetti w/ meat sauce & sf fudgesicle
2nd dinner: 2 crackers with cheese and 1 pc turkey
B: 1 oz turkey, 2 saltines, 1 cracker cut (cheese)
S: 1/2 protein bar
L: 2 saltines, 2 cracker cuts, 1 oz imitation crab, sf pudding

Hey Cira!!! I guess medically I'm doing ok. I go for my 1 month check up tomorrow. Can't wait to get on the scale. Mine seems to be messing up...lol As for mentally, I'm doing good but struggling with wanting the food. I have been told this is normal so I'm just trying to deal with it. And yup, I'm in love with the fudgesicles....lol

Please do not think not many are interested in the Feed Bag thread!
Even if we do not post in it, we always like to read it. I know I do. It gives us all an idea of what postops are eating, and it gives one another ideas for different food choices, plus motivates people to stay accountable to themselves about getting in the right amount of weater, protein, and vitamins. I like it when people list exactly how many grams of protein are included because it helps me decide if I want to try that meal sometime. If you ever wonder if it's being read, just look at the 'number of times viewed' counter on the main page. As of now this thread has been viewed 30 times and replied to 6 times.
