Wow I had a horrible day eating yesterday. Stress eating can be a big PIA..
B- 12 oz coffee, 2 large scrambled eggs, 2 breakfast sausages
L- 1 south beach protein bar
D- Chicken thigh in sauce with veggies, .25 cup of beans with 2 tablespoons of white rice
S- (bad) 2 banana moon pies (2 hours in between but still) 1 small bag of doritos,
All my water and vitamins at least!
Today is a new day thank goodness!

Sorry you got sick Aaron. One thing that I have noticed that you can eat something today and it will go down just fine. Then you can eat it another time and the pouch reject it.
As for me yes I needed a big spanking but thank goodness I am back on track today. I let myself have it today! LOL
