I think I'm gonna puke!!
Well, not really. But, I went to breakfast with some people from work today. They chose Cracker Barrell. What a BAD choice. I did not overeat by any stretch of the word, but I think everything was cooked in some kind of grease. Including the egg beaters. My poor belly hurts. In fact, I almost wish I would get sick. It just feels like there is a brick in my belly.
Now, I will say the people I was eating with REALLY ate. As I was sitting there, it occurred to me that I "used" to eat like that all the time.
I am so glad I had this surgery. My life has really changed for the better, I look better and feel great.
I can't wait for this crap to leave my system.

Kim,
That's the funny part about wls. We will always think like obese people. They operated on our stomachs, not our heads. As you said, you sit there and realize what you were able to consume in one setting before surgery and you're amazed. A lot of times I still order as though I'm 365 pounds and start eating as though I'm going to finish. Then reality sets in and its time for the waitress to bring one of those take-out containers for the rest of my meal. That's one thing you NEVER would find in my fridge before surgery - leftovers! It's a good feeling, though, to know that I am still limited in my portions. And, you're right, you do look good in your pictures.
