I'll be below 200 pounds.  This morning, the scale registered 201.1.  I'm thinking that maybe by Wednesday, but probably on Thursday, I'll be below 200.   All told, I've lost 45 pounds since my journey started 9 weeks ago tomorrow.

Thank you, Debbie.

It really has been a real treat to have this weight finally come off after so many years.  On a daily basis, I'm frustrated at the weight coming off in mere ounces, but on a weekly basis, I'm thrilled that it is coming off in pounds.

Only 66 more pounds to go!

Thank you, Kell.

According to my plan, which will fail because that's what plans tend to do, I'll be at my goal weight in time for Memorial Day weekend 2009.   A more realistic goal to get to my ideal weight is July 4th.

You are doing fantastic!!!  You're right, you'll be there before you know it.  You want to surprise yourself tomorrow morning?  Try taking a nice stroll for about 30-40 minutes tonight and take a protein shake before going to bed.  You may see the number on the scale when you wake up.  I'd love to see your post in the morning - "I'm in onederland".

Thanks for the advice, Andy.  I can take a leisurely stroll tonight for about 30 minutes, but with an active and WILD 2 1/2 year old, it can't be too vigorous, or else he won't be able to keep up with me (or is it the other way around?) .  Hmmmmmm.  Maybe we'll go swimming instead, since he loves it so much.

But I WILL take your advice on the exercise and protein drink before bed.  I'd love to be able to have an ear-to-ear smile on my face tomorrow morning as I bask in Onederland.

Thank you, Nicole.

I remember a time when I was 17 that I weighed 125 pounds and wore a pair of size 5 pants.  Of course, it was after I had had oral surgery and had my mouth wired shut for 8 weeks.  That's the closest thing I've been to 100 pounds in a very long time, indeed.

I can't wait to get there again.  And keep it off for good.
