3 things for Monday Post
My three things:
1) We finally picked up the Wii Fit yesterday, and I spent about an hour and a half playing with it. It's amazing all the fun things that you can do with it to keep your heart rate up. I had the most fun with the skiing, the hula hoop, and the yoga.
2) My amazingly talented friend who is a Ford mechanic at a dealership fized my car window motor yesterday. Instead of it costing me $358 (dealership price), he only charged $100. Yahooooooo!
3) My husband is sitting up at BWI for a work-related trip. He was bumped and received two travel vouchers for us to use on our trip to Vegas in Nov. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Vegas!
and for a Fourth thing just for the hell of it:
4) I've been using Bare Minerals for about three years, and it is wonderful! It makes my skin feel great and look great, too. Every single one of their products is really nice, although I do skip the Skin Rev-Er Upper. I'll stick to my favorite Estee Lauder moisturizer instead.

I saw your photos from your BM excursion, and you look beautiful! I have a "spring/summer" collection and a "fall/winter" collection. The foundation is the same for both, but the blush in the spring/summer collection is more pink, and the fall/winter is a little darker and more robust.
Like I mentioned before, I've used their products for over three years, and have never had a problem with them. Hope you like it as much as I do.

Sometimes it's very hard to come up with something to be grateful for. I slept too much over the weekend. Let's see...
1.) I love the fresh cool Fall-like weather and hope it stays with us. I hate humid MD summers.
2.) I am happy that my counseling has moved to live nearby and that I can spend time with her and her family. She has offered to drive me back home after my surgery and i am glad because my original driver, my sister, will be about to have her baby by the time I have surgery and I don't think it would be a good idea for her to be that far from the maternity ward.
3.) That I have a career I am passionate about and enjoy every day.

me : I have used it both Sunday and today and I love it - yesterday
the true test was exercising and seeing if it stayed on - and it did.
I have a reddish complextion and I swear it covers it all.
Kathy T said she might want to try it too : maybe we can comeup
with another Girls day out and you two can have your faces made up.

There was no charge : I did buy some cosmetics but she didn't charge any of us :

sell but I found those on ebay. Tia gave me some great advice about it being cheaper
on QVC but i searched ebay and found it for even less. The salesgirl talked me ut of
buying the starter kit saying I didn't need a couple of items in it but I think I would
have made out better buying that.

The makeover itself was totally free. It was up to each one of us how much, if any of the products we wanted to buy. Some of us did and some of us did not. The idea is to give you a chance to see how you like it. Sometimes, you can't tell right away. You have to wear it for a while. Sure, they want us to spend money there, but there was absolutely no pressure.
