Tia is not going to have internet access today so I will start this off today.

I had a great weekend filled with time spent with friends

1.  my 30 day exercise plan- getting me back on track  thanks Toni

2.  The health of my parents:  I have heard so many bad things about peoples
losing their parents recently :  I thank God mine are doing well ( even if they drive me
    nuts sometimes)

3.  That I learned this weekend the proper way to put on makeup - yeah I know I'm 45
years old - but just never bothered with it.

So what are you grateful for today?

I am grateful today for:

1.) I am so glad yesterday is behind me.  That traffic coming back from the beach was not cool.  I sat almost 10 hours to get over that bridge.  What a mess!  That was a weekend beach trip from hell, I thought I would never say that but it sucked.

2.) My PCP office is going to see me today! I fell at the hotel on Saturday, yeah me down the steps no less. They can see me this morning to look at this leg and knee.  I can always count on them for a same day appt.

3.) My little princess is still sleeping.......... Poor thing went through so much yesterday, go look on the "other" board for more info on our drive home.  AGAIN WHAT A MESS!  She keep me laughing and she melts me every time with her smile.

4.)  "Fisher's Popcorn", white cheddar, hey it is protein and it worked for me yesterday and it is working for breakfast, ok not a good example of breakfast, please do not follow.  I LOVE THIS STUFF!  This weekend is the first time I have had popcorn and it is working for me, yeah! Ok so it is odd to be grateful for popcorn but it is what it is.

I had a couple relatives stuck in that mess too :  they went the Delaware way home but it still took them between 6-8 hours to get home

I love Fishers popcorn too

Hope Gabby forgets the sucky drive home

My first time ever responding to this thread, so take it easy on me.  I'm guessing we're supposed to post at least 3 things that we're gratefull for today.  So here are mine?

1.  I am most grateful for a very eventful past week, spend mostly with one of the loves of my life - my 8 year old son Corey.  I was up in PA all week because we had softball playoffs and I made a committment to be there for the playoffs.  We lost in the semifinals 8-7.  That part sucked.

2.  Being up in PA also let me see my mom a couple of times.  I don't get to see her often enough and being up there this week allowed me to see her on three seperate occasions.  That's two more times than I've seen her since Christmas.  Sad, real sad.

3.  Believe it or not, I am grateful that my back started to hurt.  That's because it really made me realize how far I've fallen off the wagon and made me kick myself in the ass and get going again.

4.  My friends right here.  It was very nice to receive a couple of pm's wondering where the hell I've been.  This is a great group of people and I can't wait to meet everyone.  That day is coming soon.

You're looking HOT girl!!!!  WOOOO HOOOO!
Here are my 3 things for today:

1.  Had some alone time with my grand daughter on Saturday.  We went school shopping for some new clothes for her.  I tried on a pair of BabyPhat jeans that were too big, so I decided not to get them.  I have to get some when I am smaller!!!!

2.  I am down 60lbs and happy for it.

3.  I started and ended yesterday on a positive note, exercise and eating wise!!!!

Thanks Lisa  sorry you couldn't join us.

Great on the 60 lbs.

Great on the exercise and eating right :  I swear exercise is a huge part of this
ride we are all on.
