THE FEED BAG!
Okay, so what are you eating? Everyone got their fluids and vitamins in? How 'bout your protein?
I'm lacking, and although I've loved seeing a 12 pound drop in a week, it's a sure thing that I don't ever want to repeat THAT particular diet!!! LOL!!
Yesterday:
B - Tums
L - Chicken matzoh ball soup and half a buttered, toasted bagel
S - Tums
D - Fresco chicken taco
S - Cantaloupe, Tums
NEXT!!!

b - protein bar and two strips of veggie bacon (I ran out of oatmeal LOL)
s - protein shake and some garlic triscuits
l - cottage cheese and some peanuts
s - protein bar
d - refried beans (LAST CAN!!!) with some melted mozz and salsa and a few triscuits
s - protein bar
all my vits and fluids......I even think I got a lot more protein in.
B - about 1 1/2 oz of almonds
L - 1/2 grilled chicken breast (out to lunch with the girls)
S - 1/2 protein bar
D - Grilled chicken breast & a couple of green beans
S - SF popsicle
I know that seems like a lot of chicken in one day. I'm trying to lay off of the crackers and tidbits and stick to my protein.
So far today
B - Protein Shake & 1/2 a protein bar.

Yesterday;
B- 12 oz coffee, bowl of cream of wheat made with 2% milk
L- 2 fried eggs over yellow rice and ketchup.. Memories of my childhood.
D- 4 oz chicken breast, an orange
S- handful of peanuts, string cheese and 4 town house crackers
All my water and all my vitamins

Yes my lunch was a poor hispanic's dinner! LOL It was good though I promise!
You know I was thinking about my Mom and when we had it rough she did what she had to do to feed us. I miss her so much!
