i feel like I'm stalled.... ish

Hey guys...
I'm a month and a half out and I'm down only 30 pounds. (20 I lost the first week) for the most part no matter what I eat I'm nautious. I would just like some advice.

What are some of the things you eat on a regular basis?

............ any advice is welcome!

Hi Victoria!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems after you eat - that makes everything MUCH harder.  Um..................so what ARE you eating? 

BTW, I think 30 pounds in a month is great, but I'm sure that joy is dimmed by not feeling well. 

Personally, I think you should call your doctor, because you shouldn't feel ill every time you eat.

crackers.... well chewed seem to stay down.

any thing with more than 5 grams of sugar makes me supremely sick.

I can eat mashed potatoes, low fat string cheese, sometimes I can eat meat, but then the next time I go to eat it.... no go!

soup of any kind makes me sick now.... but I could eat it like 2 weeks out. I'm on prevacid daily, so I don't think I have an ulcer, but just once I want to not be nautious or dump

I agree, call your surgeon and nutritionist and let them know what is happening. They should be able to advise you.  From my experience with a close friend, eating any type of meat or eggs early out will cause this, or vomiting.
