I wish!!!  LOL!!!  She said the last time she's been getting lots of referrals from me - I consider it paying it forward.

I think I did tell Nic, and anyone else who was interested, that Ranessa's lost 170 pounds and in two different procedures, had a total body lift.

FYI - She's also writing a book about wls - don't know the release date, but I'll keep everyone informed.  I did tell her that I expect an autographed copy - gratis, of course!!!

Hi Nicole,

I am sorry you are having such a struggle.  But one thing that i would like to advise is that even if you don't do anything else please take your vitmains and meds religiously. You definitely do not need any vitamins deficiencies it can be very dangerous for you.....
As for a fully functional brain to spare sorry I can't help you with that but I can promise to call you every day to make you take your meds and vitamins? Is that a deal? I would love to help.
I know you will do better today and here on out.  Big ((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))) to you

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

My huge ordeal of an emergency stomach repair surgery? Because I didn't take my Prevacid.  My numb legs and abdomen? Vitamin deficiency.

Don't let that happen to you.  If it does, I guarentee you that you will be compliant afterwards, because I certainly am now.

I can't comment on the eating right because I barely eat now, and I am too weak still to exercise.  But my motto is just to try to do a little better every day and eventually you will get there.

If you ever need to just get out and talk or anything, I'm right down the road.

Hi Nicole,
I am the last to chime in here.  I think that your brain is fully functioning, since you are able to write what you just did, and be clearly aware that your old habits are creeping back in.  It's your automatic behaviors that are ingrained and are sneaking back into your routine.  Habits are hard to break.  Give yourself a break, stop beating yourself up with negative thoughts, forgive slip ups and move forward.  Slips ups are going to happen, and uncovering what may have triggered them is how we learn how to reduce them in the future.  You are doing really well so please take care of you and take your vitamins, meds, protein and exercise.  You have to tell yourself you are worth the effort.  You haven't come this far to stop now.  Hugs,
