Okay, well, my eating in the morning has been terrible.  I've had such heartburn lately, that my a.m. diet is usually Tums.  Gee, wonder why????

Yesterday:

B - Nothing

L - Tuna salad and rice crackers

D - Meat spaghetti sauce/mozz cheese

All my fluids and vits, though!!!

Tia lol maybe the sauce is a little too much lol, your so funny but the acid it has is gonna cause heartburn in anyone with or without the surgery, im me id like to talk with you about the wls please I just got here at work have a few mins to spare

I'D love to blame it on the sauce, but I think stress is playing a major role right now.

Here's my menu for yesterday:

B - 4 turkey and cheese crackers
S - Apple slices and about 3 grapes (prepackaged - 40 calories)
Forgot I was going out to lunch with a vendor, so
L - Cup of white bean & chicken chilli
D - Taco meat, a few baked torilla chips and a slice of cheese.

That seems like a lot of food.  Do you think I'm eating too much?

As long as you're getting in your protein (add some pb to the apple), and you're ONLY eating until you're full, not past that, I think you're fine.

You'll notice that even from day to day, the amount you can eat will vary.  Remember, protein keeps us full longer and the apples and grapes crunch down to nothing.

Looks fine to me!!  Remember, protein first and then the rest until you're FULL, NOT STUFFED!!!

All my fluids and vitamins.

B:  Greek yogurt with berries

L:  A garden fresh tomato yum!!

S:  cheese and a few cherry tomatoes

D: 3 ounces of chicken

S:  15 almonds

I know I need to back away from the tomato but, man were they ever good.  No nutritional value as far as protein goes but tasty just the same.

Girl when you are stressed out you need to lay off the sauce it will tear your insides up! 
I hope you feel better soon.

I haven't been getting enough calories and it has really been giving me a problem with breastfeeding and the baby has not beeen getting enpugh. So I had to add more calories to sustain the both of us. Plus I had to add fenugreek & milk thistle to help with the production.

Yesterday,

B- 12 oz coffee, 1/2 a cup of cream of wheat made with 2% milk

S- small orange, 1 serving of honey roated peanuts, 1 string cheese

L- 4 Tyson's chicken nuggets & 2/3 of a chicken hot dog with some ketchup

D- 4 oz baked chicken breast, 3 tablespoons of rice & pigeon peas

S- a sliver of a homemade marble cake with chocolate frosting, 8 oz 2% milk with 1 scoop of body fortress whey protein, 1 serving of honey roasted peanuts

All my water and all my vitamins..
