3+ THINGS FOR WEDNESDAY!!

Good morning!!  Hope everyone is well!!

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  It's payday - not that it will matter for long, but for right now, it does!!!

2.  Happy - I awoke this a.m. to find her standing on me, wagging her tail with that, "I gots to pee!" look on her face.  And did I mention that it was 4:30 a.m. when that happened??  LOL!!!

3.  Mindless tv - Normally, while I'm getting ready in the a.m., I turn on the news, but I haven't felt like being depressed lately, so I've been watching Becker and Wings.  Just good, trashy, I-don't-have-to-think stuff!!!

Have a great day!

(((( Tia )))) Good morning

I still have a bit left from last Friday which is amazing.   Think it will be GONE soon as I make the equity line payment tomorrow tho .   Lefty's got quite adept at getting up the steps I put next to the bed for him and has marched up and stared at me a few times recently.  I can generally ignore him until he decides to walk on the pillow and chew on my hair.  Need to get you hooked on a soap and you could watch Y & R in the a.m. between 6 and 7!!  LOL.   We watch that here in the office at lunch, but I will catch it in the a.m if I've missed it the day before.

Let's see ... 3 things .........

1) Friends

2) Life in general

3) Lefty is hanging in there.   He will be 18 in September and his health is definitely failing.  It breaks my heart to see that soulful 'mommy I love you' look in his eyes and know the end is getting closer.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Hi Moie!!!

Soooooo...........need help getting rid of the leftovers?  I'm your girl!!  LOL!!!

Gotta love those Kitty Steps!!  Um.............are you sure it's the cat and not the mailman chewing on you???  If it's the latter, I don't wanna know!!  LOL!!!

I used to be hooked on Guiding Light, but you kind of have to follow a soap, and I don't have the brain power in the a.m.  That's why I like mindless tv!!!

Hugs,

Tia

Hi Mo!

I love the kitty/doggie steps too!  I have them next to my bed and my older 17 y/o cat Sylvia uses them to climb up to my 'princess and the pea' bed.  She's getting a boney @$$ , but she is still sweet and cuddly as ever, wanting me to rub her belly and her chin.
It's so funny, Cira had to clarify to me that the photo you have in your cell phone is of Tia and not the other photo that we were discussing, LOL!!

Good morning Jennifer

Lefty's step(s) is really only a 2 step Rubbermaid stepstool.  It took a while for him to grasp using it but now he's up on the bed all the time!!!  We have a couple of 'one-step' steps in the motor home.  He's been scooting up onto the sofa without a problem for a while and I put another 1 step Rubbermaid step stool under the dinette n the RV and he figured out how to get up on the seat there and sleep in a sunny spot.

I understand completely about the cuddly thing.   He's always been my cat and since his brother Poncho left us he's been even more needy for attention.   The funniest thing is .. he NEVER had any use for Mr Mo.   If Mr Mo came in the room, Lefty ran out ... NOW Mr Mo is his best buddy.   I swear Lefty has kitty Alzheimers .. and yes there is such a thing!!!

Hugs, Mo

Good Morning

1.  Cuddles:  Cann't help it I love my dog:  and like Mo I am afraid the day is
coming soon when I will lose her.  Shes 11 years old, diabetic and blind.
Breaks my heart to see her bumping into things

2.  Vacation is only 1 month and 1 day away.

3.  Friends who will let you know in no uncertain terms their opinions.
(see tanning post LOL)

4.  SATURDAY;  even though I am not used to being the center of attention
I am really looking forward to Saturday;  Have not been mall shopping in a while so
I'm planning on SHOE shopping and someone please remind me to stop in at Bath
& Body Works  -  I am out of Shower Gel and Bubble Bath- Don't know how the heck that
happened I usually have two or three different scents to choose from in the closet.
I should have put their Cucumber Melon scent on the list of favorite smells yesterday.

Darla -

You know me, I find that a slap in the morning is REFRESHING!!!  You know me - no FLUFF or FAKERY about me!!!  You asked, I told.  Bottom line.

Hmmm.........Cuddles..........well, you know my feelings on the furbabies.  You also know the agony I've gone through over the last year or so.  But know that once an animal is suffering, the most loving thing you can do is help them to NOT.

There's a B&BW on the Avenue and one in the mall.  But check out the selection at Ulta, too - they have similar scents and run great specials on their own line.

Um....................bring $$ or plastic on Saturday!!!!!  LOTS OF IT!!

Hey Steph -

1.  I don't have to ask - I know (lol).  But yes, with the exception of a few trolls who seemed to have disappeared, I do think we have a lot of respect for each other on here.  Thank you for your part in that - and for telling me how you REALLY feel in private!!!!  HUGS!!!!!

I love to entertain, too!  Hope your party goes well!!!
