LOL!!! Chef Boyardee makes a line of single serving cups of their products that can be microwaved. You pop off the plastic lid, pop off the metal ringed lid, replace the plastic lid which is vented, and microwave!!!

Don't worry, it seems like we have our own lingo, but someone's always willing to translate!!!

Not sure about anyone else, but Heather M and I are practically addicted to them.

They are usually 10 for $10 at Giant and there are always about 20 in my pantry. It's quick, easy, and filling. I think it's about 19 grams of protein and during the time when I was 5-8 months postop, it was the only carb that I ever ate. Never more than one a day though because of the sodium.
