Does anyone know of any protein bars that are not as chewy and tough as the usual ones?  I have tried the Pure Protein Bars and they taste ok however, they sometimes are so tough, they are like chewing a shoe to me LOL.  Any ideas would be appreciate.

Thanks
Terri

Theresa, Some of my favorites are Gen Soy, OH YEAH and the wafer protein bars. They are like cookies.  Hope you find a good one you like just be careful that the protein is more then the fat. See you lighter. Joanne

Ive been making my own, well actually protein balls ....1 cup quakermade oatmeal not instant,1 cup protein powder vanilla,1 cup peanut butter, and about 7 splenda packets, dash of almond extract. Melt peanut butter 30 sec. in microwave, mix all ingrediants together in bowl...roll into balls and refridegerate...make about 20-24 balls....loaded with protein and its like eating peanut butter fudge...very good tasting and easy to make, and cheaper then buying protein bars. Try them I think youll like them!

When I was doing Medifast they had some actually decent protein very low carb bars, and I still plan to order them even after I stopped the "5 & 1 plan".  Here's a link, and to see the flavors you just use the drop down box.  I like the caramel nut, lemon yogurt, peanut butter, and oatmeal raisin ones.  Link Here
