Protein Bars
Ive been making my own, well actually protein balls ....1 cup quakermade oatmeal not instant,1 cup protein powder vanilla,1 cup peanut butter, and about 7 splenda packets, dash of almond extract. Melt peanut butter 30 sec. in microwave, mix all ingrediants together in bowl...roll into balls and refridegerate...make about 20-24 balls....loaded with protein and its like eating peanut butter fudge...very good tasting and easy to make, and cheaper then buying protein bars. Try them I think youll like them!
When I was doing Medifast they had some actually decent protein very low carb bars, and I still plan to order them even after I stopped the "5 & 1 plan".
