No Seat Belt Extender and the Tray went Flat!!!!

Darla, my surgery sis you will be fine!!  You have worked your tool SO WELL.  And you've still got a month to your flight.  Can't wait to hear how comfortable you were!

Thanks Bea!  I hope that you will have as great as experience as I did.  Even if you are still using the extender, I'm sure that you will be WAY more comfortable than you were before your surgery in April.  Good luck!!

Taya... I was always able to squeeze the belt under my gut even though the tray could not come all the way down.  That is... until my trip to Vegas in March.  I was so sad that I had to ask for the extender.  I came home from that trip and scheduled my first appointment.

I look forward to these WOW moments.  Unless I have to fly for work, which is not scheduled, my next trip is in October for my best friend's wedding.

Pam, I still remember the first time I had to ask for an extender.  I wish I could say that it motivated me toward surgery, but that was many years later.  You're almost a month out from surgery, so I'm sure that you have MANY, many WOW moments to come.  And, I know that you will definitely be more comfortable in October than you were in March.
