Okay, everyone!!  I'm not gonna post anything, because last week was probably the most screwed up food/drink/vit wise since my wls!!!

I can only go on from today, but sadly, today's not looking too good !!

So inspire me to get back on track please, and tell me what you've been eating!!!

all my vitamins and water.

B:  Yogurt, peanut butter

S:  Cashews

L:  1/2 chicken and cheese sandwich.  The bread was kinda thick so I ate 1/2 slice

S:  Nectarine

D:  Greek yogurt

Well I went back to cottage cheese this weekend because I missed it LOL so yesterday, I had

b - nothing I slept through it
s - protein bar
l - ff cottage cheese with some roasted garlic triscuits
s - protein bar
d - same as lunch (hey..it's quick and easy LOL)

all my vits and liquids.

I havent had a fill yet since getting surgery...but Im turning into a garbage disposal...Im eating every damn thing in sight....I need a reality check

B-2 slices of pepperoni pizza

S-1 Cannolli

L 2 slices of pepperoni pizza

S 1 Cannolli

D- 4 margaritas, 2 shots of 1800, (oh damn), crab cake, filet mignon (very small though), 1 piece of brocolli

yesterday was my first trip a "real restaurant."  went to visit my little one at camp and took her out to lunch.

B:  8 oz protein shake  (knew i wouldn't be eating until lunch)

L:  a few spoonfuls of cream of crab soup and a few bites of deviled crab  YUM!!!

D:  2 oz roasted turkey in the magic bullet, dab of FF gravy and a slice of FF cheese melted on top and 2 oz green bean casserole with low fat cream of mushroom soup

S:  4 SF popsicles at different times between dinner and 12:30 a.m.

- drank my isopure all the way there and back in the car

- got in my fluids, but had a hard time not guzzling while i was out in the sun

- got in my protein and took my vitamins and prevacid, but forgot my evening calcium.

down 37 pounds so far!!
