Yesterday:

B- 12 oz coffee

L-  Ham & cheese wheat bread

S- Large vaniall Iced coffee from McDonalds

D- 3oz of chicken parmesan with  a little spaghetti (I ate too fast while talking with my friends got the foamies but managed to keep it down)

S- Handfuls for honey roasted peanuts

I had al my water and all my vitamins

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

My water and my vitamins.

B:  shrimp and a cheese stick

S:  trail mix

Wedding reception:  cheese, carrotts, crackers, chicken, cashews (lots of "C" foods) but NO CAKE!!

D: Chicken and a couple of slices of nectarine

You did great! Cause I would have definitely have a sliver of that wedding cake. lol
