L- Ham & cheese wheat bread
S- Large vaniall Iced coffee from McDonalds
D- 3oz of chicken parmesan with a little spaghetti (I ate too fast while talking with my friends got the foamies but managed to keep it down)
S- Handfuls for honey roasted peanuts
I had al my water and all my vitamins
