Accountability is very important for me so here I go.


Yesterday:


B- 12 oz coffee, 2 scrambled eggs

L- Homemade vegetable chicken shoup with 4 oz chicken breast chunks

D- 4 frozen Tyson's chicken nuggets and 2 tablespoon of mashed potatoes

S- handful of peanuts, 1 cup of watermelon, 1 string cheese

All my water and all my vitamins

Breakfast  potein drink

Lunch- tuna with triscuit crackers (got sick on this)

Dinner- 1 small square of domino's cheese pizza

Snack 1/2 fresh peach

The triscut together with the tuna might just not go down too easily. I know I got sick on it early out like you.   Try the town house crackers or even better yet the Wheat thins!

You need more protein too.

hmmmm....yesterday.....don't wanna think about it but I'll post what i ate

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
s - protein shake
l - handful of mixed nuts
s - protein shake
d - 1/4 cup of refried beans and a lot of tears LOL

all my vits and liquids.
