The Feed Bag

Good afternoon Aaron


B- 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of american cheese

L- 2 slices opf whole wheat bread, with PB&J

D- Homemade chicken noodle soup with veggies in it. about a cup with 4 oz of chicken

S- 1 serving of honey roasted peanuts, 1 medium vanilla iced coffee and 1 string cheese

all my water and all my vitamins

Hi Cira!!!!!

wow I hope I can eat 4 ounces of chicken soon! LOL

I forgot to mention that I usually have a handful of mixed nuts for a snack or for lunch if I'm just doing protein shakes. I gotta have my salt!!!

Oh sweetie it took me a while to get there!!!   In due time.  I actually can do more it depends what I am eating with it.   I can do up to 6 oz..

Me too I love to have my salt too!   Great job with the protein it will definitely help you lose fast! 
Plus you are a man so that freaking helps too! LOL

Fluids and vitamins.

b:  1/2 chicken salad sandwich

s: 10 mini pretzels

l:  1/2 ham and cheese sandwich

d: Chicken soup

s:  15 cashews


Kind of a carby day.  Sometimes that's just the way it is.

carbs can be good sometimes you just gotta make yourself feel better and I guess carbs will be the new comfort food LOL
