The Feed Bag
Good afternoon Aaron
B- 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of american cheese
L- 2 slices opf whole wheat bread, with PB&J
D- Homemade chicken noodle soup with veggies in it. about a cup with 4 oz of chicken
S- 1 serving of honey roasted peanuts, 1 medium vanilla iced coffee and 1 string cheese
all my water and all my vitamins
