hey all! Well I think yesterday was just another day for me food wise

b - two strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
s - protein shake
l - handful of mixed nuts
s - protein shake
d - two veggie sausage links and scrambled eggs

all my vits and all my liquids!

Hi Aaron,

Was just thinking about this post!!!

B- Cream of wheat
S- SF Applesauce
L- Cottage cheese
D- Crepe filled manacotti w/ tomato sauce (1/2 of it)
S- SF Pudding

Did better on fluids, forgot pills  Need to do better with this.

yes yes yes!!!!! Teri!!!! please make sure you get your pills in!!!! We don't wanna find out that you have to go back to the hospital because of a deficiency!!!! (although there's been a couple days in the past that I have forgotten too......I forget a lot of things lately)

Okay - I was bad yesterday.  Went to a Shorebirds baseball game last night where all the food and drink were catered and free!

B - forgot to eat - was so busy at work and then had to go out to lunch with a supplier
L - Chicken/Bean nachos - ate part of the shredded chicken and beans (no nachos)
D - (Okay this is where it gets bad)  Steamed Shrimp (about 14), 2 small tortellini filled with cheese, a bite of a rosemary breadstick (with whipped butter), a bite of a hot dog (okay 2 bites), 2 teaspoons of banana cream pie and a bite of a apple churro.

I can't believe I got it all in without getting sick, and I don't want to do it again.  Even though it seems like a lot of food (okay it was a lot of food) I only took bites out of everything, I didn't eat the whole thing, like I would have in the past.  PLUS ~ I DIDN'T DRINK THE ALCOHOL.  Oh, how I wanted a drink!!!

It's ok to do that every once in a blue moon....the key to it all is getting back up, dusting yourself off and getting back on track You did good hon!

I just wish that I had gotten sick.  (There I said it)  So that it would stick in my mind that I cannot eat like this anymore.  This thing is so much more about mind over matter than I ever realized.  If you can control your thoughts and urges, you can lick this thing called obesity.  I'm thinking about brainwashing (LOL).

Hi Lisa,

We are human and there are times where we will do this.  It is ok girl no need to beat yourself up.  Today is another day and you will do great! 

Trust me we have all been there and done that... By the way when we were pre op did we take two bites of each before? Or did we eat it all and then some more?
