3 things for Friday
Tia is going to be away for the boards for a while so I will be starting
the 3 things thread till she returns.
1. That its FRIDAY
2. Thats after taking the last 4 days off from exercise ( don't ask)
I finally feel good enough today to go back to the gym after work.
3. For my OH Friends -- Lets all remember we are here to support
eachother- Not judge; SUPPORT nuff said
Have a great weekend Everyone
1. I'll second that it's FRIDAY ... and also payday .. yippie!!! Though mine is probably pretty much accounted for already.
2. I am making progress on the 'project' list. I finished a chunk yesterday and Monday we go live so I just have to survive doing some 'show and tell' today with the CSR's and then actually get the thing up on Monday morning without any trauma.
3. A maybe 'quiet' weekend. I think we actually have NO plans for the weekend. Mr Mo's turn to be the late Saturday man is tomorrow, not sure if I will go out to dinner with our friends without him or not. I am sure we will go out on Sunday and do some 'running' but there's no schedule.
Have a wonderful day!
Hugs, Mo
Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
I am grateful for:
Good Friends. I will see a close friend today before she moves far away to CO, and that she is going to live in the house of her dreams with her family beside her as well as another very close mutual friend of ours. CO here I come to visit!
Sleep. It is so important, and when I don't get it I really remember that.
Vacation. I am off work all next week, woo hoo!
OH friends. I am looking forward to meeting some of you at a few of these get togethers!
1. It's Friday. This was the 2nd week in a row that work was EXTREMELY busy.
2. A great night out last night with Friends at a Shorebirds game. Eventhough my husand stood me up.
3. The scale moved this week, for which I am truly greatful.
Lisa Z.
When we believe, all things are possible!
