Missed the Crofton Support Group

Grrr!!!!  I really wanted to go to the Crofton Support Group meeting tonight to meet some of you.  This has been a helluva week at work and then DH got laid off work yesterday. 

Do you have them once per month?

Hi Heather sorry you missed it. Our next group is Thursday August 14th and that is actually going to be at our personal trainers new facility. More details to come.

Then we have Monday August 25th at the Crofton Library 6-8 p.m
