Hi all.... off topic, How do I remove the ticker from my emails?   I forgot my password and need to create a new one, but can't get rid of the current one.
               thanks

hey hon!!! how are you feeling?????????

You can remove your ticker from your posts by clicking on user setings over to the left hand side and then erase the ticker from your signature. Once you have your new ticker, just copy and paste it back into your signature in the same place

Thanks Aaron,   Doing Fantastic !!   Really feeling well, I can't believe how well.  I surely didn't expect to do better with the surgery than I did with the Liver Biopsy.  That darn thing HURT.   Still having low fluid intake, but only 10 days out from surgery.

That is awesome news!!!! yeah early out the fluid intake will probably be the hardest thing to do but you gotta try to get it down. I think I spent my first few weeks totally dehydrated (dizziness and all that). It will get easier I'm so glad to see you back on!

I am glad to read that you are doing great! That is just awesome!  The low fluid intake is very normal this early out.  Sip throughout the entire day i t will get easier I promise.

Hugs,

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Glad to see that your doing so well.  Try some hot liquid.  I found it easier to get in warm/hot drinks than cold.

I see you got the ticker all set.  Nice choice by the way

I'm glad you're recovering ok and keep on sipping!  My nitritionist told me it helps to have the sugar free popsicles and the sugar free drink mix made into ice chips.  The way you make it is you freeze the drink mix on a bowl and occasionally while it's still slushy you mix it around to create flakes and chips before it is totally frozen.
