I lived on cream of crab soup when I was first post op.  I love it!!
Sorry about the meatloaf did you eat it very slowly?

I did eat it slowly.  I don't know what went wrong, pouch just didn't like it.  Probably didn't need it anyway after all the calories in that cream of crab soup.

Yesterday, All fluids and Vits, plus...

B - Protein shake (chocolate mint - my new fav thing)
S - Greek yogurt
L - Tuna wrap
S - Ka****rail Mix Bar
D - Protein Bar

Even though I have been hitting my min protein number, I have been trying to bump up the protein a bit while trying to keep the calories low. I am trying to help my hair come back and see if this will shake things up a bit until I get over this see-saw I am on.

I took biotin to help with the regrowth.  I lost a lot of hair from 2 months post op until 7 months post op then it slowed down.  Lately I had only been getting my minimum requirement of protein and with all the stress my hair starting falling out a lot like when I was early out from surgery.

Once I bumped up my protein again it is beginning to slow down. I am started taking the biotin 2 weeks ago again to help with the regrowth. I got those pills at walmart for less than $3.00

Take care

I have been taking the Biotin for about 2 months or so. I just recently increased it. I know it does not help it grow, but it should at least slow down the loss. My hair was already quite thin and baby fine. So the loss is quite noticeable on me. I have been trying to tough it out. Sometimes I feel like breaking down and buying a wig! It is just so hard to look natural in them.

I can totally understand what you are saying.  From my understanding of taking biotin is to help with the regrowth of the hair you lost only. Not that it will make your hair fuller than what it was originally.  I was told that it does not help it from falling just the regrowth part.
Give it some time and up your protein more and you will see a difference.
