3+ THINGS FOR WEDNESDAY!

I am a die hard Yankee fan.  I need to get on the ball with watching the games since I have been so out of the loop for a while.  I need to subscribe to the channel with Direct tv.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

Darla that is great!  I fell out of the baseball loop.  I love when the O's beat the yankees.  I am a MD girl and always have been rooting for our Orioles.  Woo Hoo!  2 nights in a  row is so awesome!

I hope your women **** continues to get better and if it doesn't I hope you see the Dr soon. I hear that when you are losing weight rapidly and had a lot of fat stored, that the excess estrogen that was stored in the fat cells gets released into the bloodstream and can wreak havoc, affecting everything that estrogen can affect.   Take care,
Hugs,

1. For the wonderful unconditional love of my daughter. I got home from work yesterday and she came running up to me screaming Mommy and I picked her up and she proceeded to cup my face in her hands and say.....I miss you Mommy! Awe....talk about pull at my heartstrings!! I love that little girl.

2. For the fact I dont have to work part time toight. I am thinking I may get some pool time tonight in with my little girl.

3. For my faith. It's not something I do very good at all the time, but there are always reminders of how much it influences my life and my decisions.

Today's 3 things:

1.  My grandson (yes again).  As he shakes my turkey neck last night, he tells me "grandma, we've got to get away from this."  I act like I'm boohooing and he says "but you still look cute."  Nothing like words of confidence from a 5 year old.

2.  I'm feeling very positive about myself today.  I'm having a thin day (yeah at 249.5 lbs)!

3.  I saw the podiatrist yesterday and he said that the skin from my treadmill accident was healing well and he didn't think he would have to do anything.

I'm grateful for the following:

1.  My belly is on the mend.  I ate some breakfast and didn't hurl.  Mind you as much as I LOVE Greek yogurt, I may be holding off on it for a while.

2.  My BALD husband who is currently out mowing the grass.  I am so NOT a lawn person so I am thrilled he enjoys making the yard look nice.

3.  Free undies and $10. off any bra at Victoria's Secret.  Gonna get some today!!

Is the free undies and $10 off any bra at Victoria's Secret a one day event? And is it going on at all locations? Thanks...-Antoinette

No, I have a coupon.  But, they started mailing me these things every few months after a one time purchase.  2 months ago, free undies and I bought a bra on sale.  The bra was on clearance and then my $10 off I think I spent $14.

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I have enjoyed reading your posts today. A number of you brought a smile to my day. Any Tia, congrats on the skirt w/no hose. I can't wait until I am there. So far I have only managed to wear a dress twice in the last 3 months and definitely w/hose.

My 3 Things for Today:

1 - Yesterday - I had a perfect day yesterday. As I have mentioned before, I have been going through this see-saw thing, bouncing between good days, not so good/perfect days. The results is that the scale is doing the same kind of see-saw. I am encouraged that I put a perfect day together yesterday. Hopefully, I can start adding consecutive good days together to break out of this thing. (P.S. I see Ranesa on Friday too.)

2 - That good, sore muscle feeling - I had 2 really good back to back days of work outs with a lot of focus on the upper things. I have that good, sore muscle feeling that says I woke up some muscles that needed it. It always makes me feel productive.

3 - My Team at work - I have really been pleased with my team lately. They have been demonstrating a lot more self-sufficiency and the depth of their work has improved as well. This takes a lot of stress off of me. I am going to send them a little something to thank them!

Hi everyone!  As usual I am doing this at night.  Tia, that bald guy sounds yummy.  I hope you run into him again.  I love purple flowers, too!

I am grateful for:

1.) A relatively pain free day

2.)Paydays and being able to pay the bills

3.)Good friends who are good listeners and understand what I need.  I had a crappy day today and just vented about it and feel so much better.

4.) My OH friends.  You all are so nice to start a whole new thread to say congratulations to me, I blush!

5.) Water.  I love water and the icier the better to help stay hydrated on these disgusting humid days.

speaking of handsome cop-looking men....
I'm thankful  I wasn't also speeding yesterday when I got pulled over for doing a "rolling stop" through the last stop sign before I get home. UGH!  $90 dollar fine!  The funny part is that he called me tonight and I thought, hmmm, I wonder if he's going to ask me out or something?
NO, earth to Jennifer!...he had forgotten to have me sign the citation, and wanted to stop by and have me sign it, saying he had gotten in trouble with his supervisor for not having it signed.  LOL, so I signed it and when  he came he said" I bet you were thinking you never wanted to see me again, huh?", and I said, (to officer eye candy)"well I'll just say that I didn't want to have to pay 90 dollars."  Maybe after I drop the weight I'll remember how to flirt!  LOL
