Honey I am so sorry about the carb thing today and everything else. It's been a rough day. Tomorrow is a new and better day! All will be well and good! Love you my sista from anotha motha!!!  Thank you for being there for me through everything I have been going through from my dad to everything else. You are truely a very amazing person and very strong. What you have accomplished since your WLS is truely inspiring and I am so proud of you!!!

Today is a new day and no carbs. Aww I am proud of you to. Now lets all sing kumbaya...........lmao

Good for you! Gotta love the gym! I have to admit I used to hate even the word exercise (THAT was my dirty word! Can I say that on here? LOL) but now I love it. I loved what you posted and it just cracked me up! I was LMAO  You are right...put up a suggestive title and people will look. It's like a train wreck, you just HAVE to look even if you don't want to. I think there are more lurkers and vouyers on here than we know. Hey, come on in and join the party!!! Variety is truely the spice of life! How boring would it be if we were all the same, shared all the same views and perspectives?

HeatherCat - I joined the gym last night.  Plan on going there tonight but not really sure what time.  It depends if I can drag Dave away from his school work to come with me. 

Is it always so HOT in there??  I thought I was going to have a heat stroke last night and I wasn't even working out. lol
