Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

It was great to get such warm responses from all of you about wanting to meet!! I think Joanne is looking at maybe next Saturday for the Rehoboth outlet adventure?? For those of you who don't want to come down this far for that, can we meet in Easton for some other type of outing? Is there something up in that area we could do, dinner, etc. I know St. Micheals is really a nice place to visit too. You all give me some ideas!!

I think Joanne is looking at Saturday , Aug 9th for the Rehoboth outlet shopping/lunch/dinner outing-she was waiting to see what kind of response she got before she made definite plans. We would love to meet you! You won't be far from us!
