Delaware and Maryland meet?????

Hi everyone! I have been telling my Delaware WLS group leader, Joanne, about how alot of you ladies all get together to meet each other in person and get to know each other. I read where several of you met in Ocean City and really enjoyed yourselves talking and getting to know each other. We think that is a fantastic idea.

Would anyone over the Maryland area want to meet some Saturday or Sunday to get to know some of us Delaware ladies ?? We can meet in Dover, Easton, etc so it would be halfway for most of us to travel, etc . We can have a car pool with several ladies from this side of the bridge to meet you ladies from over the bridge. I think my Group Leader is trying to get an outlet (Rehoboth outlets) summer outing down this way too. We would like to meet some of you so if anyone has any ideas please let me know or post it on our Delaware forum!

Oh my Gosh that would be great Pam!! I live in Millsboro, not too far from Seaford! It would be great to meet you!! Please respond to [email protected] or look for Joanne on our Delaware forum-I told her I would throw the idea out to you guys but she is the one getting it all together! I really hope you can make it!

I am a lap bander to be-I hope. I have my first consult next week . I really get alot of info on these boards. I lived in Maryland all my life (originally from Baltimore-then moved to the Eastern Shore when I was 16****il 3 years ago when I moved to Delaware. Sometime when you are down in this area-would love to meet you!

I'm always up for an adventure, tho with gas prices what they are I've slowed down a bit but I am only 5 miles this side of the bay bridge, so going over to the shore is an easy trip for me! Easton is a 45 minute or so ride.

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
