b - two strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - protein bar
s - protein bar
d - black bean burger with a slice of cheese and mustard
s - protein bar
all my liquids and vits
by the way, I just had a slice of pizza...a whole slice (about 2.5" square) let's see if I dump because it really didn't stick.....I got as much of the grease off it as I could and boy did it taste good! This scares me.

Okay, so take a DEEP breath, Wuzabear, it's gonna be okay. I don't often hear of people dumping from the fat, usually it's sugar. That's not to say it doesn't happen, but I haven't heard of it often.
2.5" square? Um......okay, so in the past, wouldn't it have been 2500 sq. ft.? You and I talked about being pizza junkies, so I know what you're feeling.
But it's okay, you need to learn to make responsible choices, but you also need to listen to your pouch, and it sounds like you did that. There are a lot worse choices you could've made.

S - popsicle
L - 2 oz ham with 1 T of ligh mayo, 2 oz puree green beans
S - jello
D - 2 oz chicken with 1 T fat free gravy, 2 oz cucumbers with fat free ital dressing
S - popsicle made with isopure
pretty sure i got in all my water and i drank an entire bottle of isopure, so i'm doing MUCH better with my protein. took all my vitamins and my prevacid.

I think the yogurt may have been bad. It was not past the sell by but I don't know because I think i got myself a case of food poisoning.
