Day One for me
Welp its about 7:30 pm....all is well in paradise....Im actually sticking to it with no slip ups. So far have had 2 giant protein shakes, 2 scoops of vanilla powder,almond extract,lots of crushed ice and water...taste just like a goodhumor toasted almond bar, gooood stuff and 46 gram of protein each. Next 2 sugar free lime jellos and one can of cream chicken& herb soups and a TON of water. This really isnt that bad at all. Im feeling pretty satisfied though a pretzel sure would be good right about now LOL....ahhhh cant do it Im determined. Update more later, thanks for listing this 5 day test I think it just may work!
