The Feed Bag!!!!!

I finally have a couple minutes to do this real quick. This week has been CRAZY and I'm so glad it's over!!!!!!

Yesterday, I had:

b - two strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - protein bar
d - refried beans (DOWN TO ONE CAN!!! WOOHOO!!!) a stick of mozzarella and salsa with 4 triscuits
s - protein bar

all my liquids and vits!!!!! The liquid is getting much MUCH easier to get in now!!!! Take heart you newbies.....it'll come!

I've also had a week and really glad it's coming to an end.  Here's what I had yesterday
B - Snack size turkey and cheese - NO crackers
L - Part of a roast chicken chopped salad from Quiznos (paid $6.00 and probably ate $1.00 worth)
D - Lean Cuisine - chicken (not all of it) & watermelon
S - Banana w/ peanut butter.

Well my activity is kind of boring since I decided to do the 5DPT starting yesterday. So yesterday, I had:

B - Protein shake
L - Protein shake
S - Cream of Shrimp Soup
D - protein shake.
