THURSDAY EXERCISE

What an absolutely gorgeous morning.  The heatwave is obviously over and the storms that hit the area seem to have passed.  Enjoy this beautiful Thursday.  Just two more days until the weekend.   For those of you that have made the committment all week, keep up the good work.  For those that have been thrown off track for some reason or another, at least give yourself the next couple days of an honest effort.  You owe it to yourself.

For me, I took the dog for a nice extended walk and then came home and hit the treadmill for an hour.  I have to head up to PA this afternoon to pick up some important mail and then I have a softball game tonight at 6:00.

What do you have planned for today Maryland?

I have my 2 pools classes tonight. Plus I am working from home today. Therefore, I expect it will be easier for me to get to the gym early and get in some cardio on the treadmill or eliptical before the pool. I need it!

yesterday i didn't exercise and i'm not going to today either. I am so tired right now. I am going to listen to my body. as long as it's not my head talking, not exercising is ok. but definitely back on track tomorrow.

Went to gym this AM - upper body free weights, lower body CYBEX.  Elliptical for 25 minutes.  Wording ER tonight for a few hours - will bike to St Joes and back (no biggie - I'm close).
