PB2 - I Tried It!
As some folks know, peanut butter has become a problem food for me. Still I like it and crave it. I read on the main message board about this powdered peanut butter called PB2 that only has 53.2 calories, 1.66 g sugar, and 5.65 g protein per 2 T serving. Compared to reduced fat Jiff for example which has 190 cal., 4 g sugar, and 8 g protein, I thought this was worth a try.So, I ordered it and tried it over the weekend. You reconstitute the peanut butter with water. (2T PB powder to 1 ****er). it mixes up pretty easy. I ate it on a whole grain cracker and was pleased to discover that it tastes pretty good. It has a true peanut taste and the consistency is nice. Since I can get in trouble with peanut butter, I like the fact that I have to mox up what I am going to use. This prevents me from keeping my spoon in the jar and sneaking a little extra! I have not tried it in a protein shake yet or anything else. I will have to experiment some more.

I am on my 6 month diet and I am not allowed to have peanut butter and it was killing me. I to love peanut butter. I have not had peanut butter in 6months. I nut told me about PB2 and I split an order with a coworker. I love PB2 and I must admit that it taste just like I remember peanut butter tasting. I would give PB2
I highly recommend it to anyone that is not aloud the real stuff.
