Pouch Rules for Dummies

I came across some information (don't ask me how, you don't want to know!) and I sort of hijacked it and copied it into my blog on my profile with credit given to the author.  Some of the old timers (no pun intended, LOL)  You might find some of it useful. Since I had my "stalker" the other day, I changed my profile so that only my friends can view. So if you go to view and are unable just become my friend (a slick way to make new friends, huh!!, LOL) If you think it is helpful,let me know I was thinking of making it into a word document and printing it off and bring it to the support groups., Please let me know what you think. Hi!  Forgive the question, but how does one get to someone's blog?  I am new to this and I am overdosing on LRNY reading material as I am having surgery on Wednesday!

Hi and welcome!you click on their profile name under their avatar (picture) and it will take you to their Blog.  In some cases you need ot be their friend then you can just clickk on a friend request.  I already added you to my friends list, so once you accept you can read my blog.  What Dr. are you having surgery with?  Good luck to you.
