I DID IT!!!!!!

We had gone down to the Outer Banks yesterday to pick up my one son, but while we were there, we took all three of my kids out to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse...I made it to the top with no problem!!!!!! 214 steps..(never thought it would end and was getting dizzy..) Granted it was hot as hell and did need to stop on a couple levels for a bit of the fan, but I made it to the top a lot quicker then I did 8 yrs ago. AMAZING!!!! Knee hurts a bit today, but I don't care. It was sooooo beautiful. Just had to share my great day yesterday...Can't wait to go back in about a month and go in the ocean...wooo hoooo

As a big fan of WOW moments, I am awe struck by this accomplishment. To think about the fact that you did 214 steps with, as you put it, no problem, is just fascinating. And, to share it with your children makes it even better. That is a great picture, you have a beautiful family. CONGRATULATIONS on this WOW moment, you are to be commended for this accomplishment. what did the kids say about your weightloss? i'm not sure how much you've lost since you last saw them, but i know it's the people that don't see us everyday that seem to see the biggest changes.
