yes the scale can affect how you feel that day. i try not to weigh more than once a week but it can be very hard. 9 days is a long time. i'm impressed! and you are getting small now. so the losses will be less. plus you exercise alot so lots of muscle as well. but sounds like you are getting back to eating your protein which is very good.

No muscle here yet, I am too worried about the weight gain but my legs do have some good muscle, so I guess I have some.  That is from running and dancing so much.  I am going to wait till I am 1 year out to really work on the muscle part and then here comes plastics.

9 days is a long time to go without hitting the scale.  When I've been on diets before, WW most recently, I limit myself to once a week.  I've been able to stick to that in the past and hope to do so after my RNY.
