Wish Us Luck (long)
180 lbs is wonderful. you are right. you started out at 446. look where you are now! I can not imagine the work you put into doing that. so be very proud of yourself. i am in a similar situation where I want to get to a healthy weight so I can have a child. so i understand the frustration you must feel. so doing the test might help you get back on track mentally and physically. I hope it works for you and i know for a fact the exercise is key for me. i don't always control everything i put in my mouth but if i exercise that day, i feel like I did my part. good luck and i hope to hear about your losses in the coming months.
Thanks Nicole................I am very proud of what I have accomplished so far. I just want to be healthier for pregancy.
Excercise is a key part and going to walk every night now since I had to cancle my personal trainer for a litle over a month. But trying not ot let that keep me from moving
Thanks again

I want to wish you both much luck. I am sure it will be a success. You have done such a great job up so far.
I agree that people don't realize that you still have to work at losing weight, even with the surgery. Yes, the first few months it's easier, but then you still have to make the right choices and exercise. Also, losing weight is such a metal thing and that is the real one to battle.
I will have to try something like this after I have the babies.
It has been so weird to go from trying to lose for a year to trying to gain. I wish I had more time under my belt with the surgery before I got pregnant, but I didn't want to wait any longer due to my age.
I am breaking all the rules of surgery and hope I can go back to them when I need to. I had lost 110 pounds by the time I got pregnant. I was thirty pounds from my goal. I have gained 16 pounds, so far.
Sorry, this has gotten so long. I just wanted to know I will be thinking about you both and wish you much success.
