OMG!!!
I use thedailyplate.com and I love it. I took a three week vacation from tracking my food and it was the biggest mistake I could have made. I am back on (starting yesterday) and it really helps keep me accountable if I see what I have eaten and how many calories I am consuming.

I have been recently using the Dailyplate.com for the past two weeks and I love it. I have not found a food that is not in as of yet. Also, it is very user friendly as it keeps a record of all your foods so when you eat the same stuff on another day you can just go to the list and check it off and click the mouse and your are done. Plus you can print off a report and take it to your NUT and Dr post op. I wish I found it earlier. Deb (k9krazzi) told me about at our support group meeting on the Eastern Shore. I tried FITDAY.com but it was too cumbersome and not user friendly enough for me.
