Looking For Same Insurance Co.

Hi everyone,  I am in a desperate search to find anyone who has US Family Health Care as their Health Ins. Co. I am having so much trouble with them and I need to find someone who has the same so that I can possibly get some advice about how and who to reach to talk to. I have been in tears with this Co. and I need to find out who I can find to ans. my questions. They have  lied to me over and over and I need help finding a manager or supervisor that I can reach. I am about ready to notify the Maryland Insurance Commissioner, just to get help with this Co. I pray someone here on this site will be able to help me as soon as possible.

Hi Oma,
   I've PMed you in the past and we've spoken. I have the same insurance as you. You really need to talk to Stephanie Smith. She's the manager over the WLS department. She is really helpful. I don't know who you are using for your surgeon but they usually have someone on staff that handles the insurance part so you may need to talk to them.  Let me know if you need telephone numbers or anything else.

 Thank you for your reply, but Stephanie is one of  the problems. I have been calling her since June 24 and she has only ever called me back one time on a phone # that I asked her not to reach me. She has been NO HELP AT ALL.I am going to have to go above her some how and get some ans. I have been waiting for a packer from them since July 8 that was promised to me that I would have it by weeks end. And guess who called and left that mess. ??? Stephanie. People will not call you back. I made a whole bunch of calls on Friday and guess what ? No one called me back. I realise that it is Vac. time, but hello, is there no one to cover for that person? I was told Friday thru Customers Service at my Health Ins. that there were no supervisors around. THis person said she could look over her desk and there were no supervisors at their desks. Come on, I could do better than that. I am just constantly getting lied to by them. Don't worry, I always get their names and times I call, too bad I cannot record my conversations, cause if it comes down to it, it is my word against theirs. No wonder we get so discouraged and back out from this surgery. Who wants to keep being lied to and never have a phone call returned. But guess what, I am NOT going to give up. Sorry for my venting, but this is ridiculous to have to put up with this bull _ _ _ _ !!!!!!!!!!  None of this was meant towards you, I am sorry, you are great and everyone on here is WONDERFUL, I don't have a problem here at all. Forgive me.???
