WOW moments don't end!!!!
OH has been acting weird these past few days.
You are right Wow moments are great especially when you haven't had one for a while.

You are lucky that you are able to speak with your niece about her weight. I have a 13 year old stepdaughter who is very overweight and has been since my husband and I have been together. Her 8 year old sister is showing signs of following in her footsteps. Unfortunately, the only thing that I can really do is to make sure that when they are at my house, I feed them properly and well. I try to have an activity involving exercise as well, but there's only so much you can do when they aren't with full time.

I really feel for you. I totally know where you are coming from and how your hands are pretty much tied. You do what you can for your stepdaughter when you have her but have no control when she is not with you. It really is hard and you are doing the right thing!

Wow is right, heather! I love your post and I needed some inspiration too right now. I am so glad for you that you have so much energy. How great is that?! I hope your neice can learn to change her habits now but she will need a lot of help to stay on the right path. I wonder if she likes team sports or individual exercise. Keep those wow moments coming!

Thank you so much!!! It really was awesome! It really warms my heart to know that I could be an inspiration to you....that means a lot to me! It is awesome to have the energy level that I have! It's crazy!!! LOL All I can do about my niece is pray. I really hope she does make the changes...that's all I can do.
